Hi there, I’m checkin’ out the lion exhibit…pretty scary! Big daddy lion announced to everybody that he was wide awake. Mommy & daddy say that I got more of an education than we bargained for…something about mommy & daddy lion and future baby lions…I don’t get it…
Mommy says I have to be sure and tell people not to try this at any zoo! While this mommy lion appears to be pretty nice…I had to sneak up on her in computerland…

WOW! Look at those pretty birds! My Gramma takes care of them and called ‘em flamingos…she says there are three different types out there…they all look pink to me!
Yikes!! these guys are tall! The big daddy giraffe was flirting with the other mommy giraffes and took a second to peek over at daddy & me…he blocked out the sun!
What a day I had, Gramma gave us a grand tour of all the new stuff going on at the LA zoo. Mommy tells me that someday Gramma will make a fun game that mommy & I can play at the zoo…that’s what she did when mommy was wee like me!
I was so wiped out by all my adventures that I had to take a snooze, while mommy & daddy finished their tour…
I’ll be sure to stay awake next time!
This is Gus, sure doesn’t look like my Gus! Gramma and her friend helped raise Gus from a little guy…he really loves visitors!
