Strange Creatures

Found in very small sections of the coastal regions is the boisterous and elusive Spudtaur.

Not much is known about the Spudtaur, but researchers are learning more with each sighting. Diet is yet undetermined, as the creature appears to eat anything available. This could explain the rapid growth noted in just a short time.

The Spudtaur appears fearless and no enemies have been documented to date. Although, a strange and unusual high-pitched cry has been heard and that makes the Spudtaur quite uneasy.

Another creature unknown prior to 1998 was the Gray-footed Spudweasel. Sightings have been reported throughout the state of California and into some regions of Nevada.

This quick mischievous mammal has been known to hoard socks in its nest and has been noted collecting hats. While approachable, it is recommended that all shiny objects and eyewear is removed, before close contact is made.

From the photo to the right, we have determined that this species can thrive in captivity. From reports given by those brave enough to house a Spudweasel, they can do well on just about any diet.

We hope to learn more about the Gray-footed Spudweasel and perhaps implement a breeding program to increase their numbers.

The most rare and sought after species finally has been captured on film. It surfaced briefly while the unknown photographer was searching for the Spudtaur. Previously, the Loch Spud Monster was thought to be a myth, but now there is undisputed proof of it’s existence.

Research will begin in Summer of 1999.
