The essential thing about image display on a computer monitor is the browser being used. All browsers are not created equal! Especially when it comes to displaying animated GIF files. Some, such as Navigator and Explorer, do just fine but others can't handle them well or at all. In today's cyberworld (if this word doesn't exist, I've got dibs on coining it) there is no reason not to have a state of the art browser unless your service provider wont let you use one of your choice in which case it may be time to consider another ISP.
As a minimum, Microsoft hails its browser as free and it does well in most tasks. If you get stuck on any of the graphics that I offer here, please email me and let me know.
If you want to try a different browser, here are links to three that support frames. If you have any comments or questions, and you are running Netscape Navigator, email me at jgray@calcoast.com Otherwise, go to your mail program and send me a message at jgray@calcoast.com.
