Some Great Sites To Visit
Here are some places to go for entertainment, web page material and education.
Don't forget to come back to my page though.
Midi File Central
- This is undoubtedly one of the best sites for perusing midi files. Not only
are the files organized according to category (e.g. Movies, TV, Artist, etc.)
the site uses frames to display various aspects such as guest book, titles, etc.
if you have the Crescendo plug-in for Netscape or Explorer, a small frame will
hold the plug-in's logo while it plays.
Media Link's Free Graphics
- Don't miss this site! You can find lots of graphics that are fun to look at
and that you can download for your web page.
Book Store
- Go here to visit the site of Ventana Publications, the producer of the "Official
Netscape Series" of computer books about the World Wide Web. You can review their
books on line as well as order them. Also available is their Companion books, files
which contain the examples shown in some of their books.
Eastman Kodak
- Talk about a great site for digital photography! Learn all about their new digital
cameras as well as get educated on the new science of digital photography. Check
out their "Picture Postcard" section for sending a graphical postcard to a friend
via email!
New York Times
- Want to scan today's headlines of one of the nations best known and well revered
newspapers? You can head on over there now and see if they will let you take a
look without subscribing. When I subscribed, there was no charge but they advised
that it may not always be that way.
D J Quad's Ultimate HTML Site
- Building a web site? Here's a good source of information, tools, and content
material. You can find other similar links from there. Go take a look.
Note: You can also find some interesting
page links in my guest book.
