OK, the Monaco Voodoo thang has grown beyond the limits of this puny web site.
Due to size limitations, I've split it up into two sections:

Download them both to an empty directory, then run the EXE file (a Win-Ace self extractor).  Enter "Y" twice and you should be ready to go.  Move, rename, or otherwise backup your original x:\sierra\gpl\tracks\monaco\ directory, then dump all 38 MB of Voodoo Juju into an empty x:\...\monaco\ directory.
