When Internet Explorer V3.0x is run from Win95, you
have a drop down menu item at the top called 'View'. Click on this
and you'll see an item on the list called 'Options', click on this
to get to the "Settings" Menu. This screen shows you the 'default' screen, which is called the 'General' screen...as identified by the tab at the top of the screen.
